4. Scheduling and Rescheduling

4.1. Any rescheduling of walkthroughs will be managed by Scale My Cleaning Business (SMCB) and may be subject to availability.
4.2. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the walkthrough from being completed as scheduled, SMCB will work to reschedule it at the earliest convenience.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. While we aim to provide complete satisfaction, we do not guarantee refunds for canceled or incomplete walkthroughs.
5.2. In the event that the decision-maker indicates they are no longer interested in a walkthrough, SMCB may issue a credit for another walkthrough within a 30-mile radius. This will be processed within 3-5 business days.
5.3. Refunds may be considered at SMCB’s discretion, based on the circumstances, but we encourage customers to work with us to reschedule when possible.

6. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

6.1. PPL Walkthrough Cleaning is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
6.2. Products and services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPL Walkthrough Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
